NACSACon is an event for and by charter school authorizers, charter school support organizations, and educators.

NACSACon 2024 is located in Houston, TX at the Westin Galleria Houston. The address is 5060 W. Alabama St, Houston, TX 77056

Conference officially begins on Monday, October 21 with the Welcome reception and ends Thursday, October 24 afternoon.

NACSACon attendees have the option of flying into George Bush Intercontinental Airport – IAH (27 miles away) or the William P. Hobby Airport- HOU (15.7 miles away)

Yes, you can book your hotel accommodations within the NACSACon block here.

Registration includes access to all NACSACon public sessions, including the keynote session, breakout sessions, welcome reception, and NACSACon reception. Registrants will be provided breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Tuesday and Wednesday. Only breakfast will be provided on Thursday. Light refreshments will be served during each reception.

The conference slate can be found on the NACSACon website in August. All registrants will receive an email when the slate goes live. In the meantime, our 2023 schedule can be found on the NACSACon website.

NACSA may record various activities during conference to utilize for future conferences.

All conference cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to [email protected]. For more information, review the NACSACon Cancellation Policy.

Yes, attendees can register at the check-in desk. Any on-site registrations must be paid via credit card.

Although NACSACon does not offer certificates or Continuing Education Credits, we can provide you with a confirmation of content hours upon request. Email [email protected] for information.

Session slides and documents will be available on the conference platform for 90 days after the event.
