HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
AS OF APRIL 18, 2024

NACSA values and prioritizes the health and safety of all our attendees and follows federal, state, and local ordinances as well as best practices. Below are NACSACon’s Health and Safety Policy as of April 18, 2024.

All participants must follow these policies and directives at all events and meetings. Please note that NACSA will be monitoring federal, state, and local requirements leading up to the event and reserves the right to modify requirements upon notice to attendees.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and support in our efforts to create a safe experience for everyone.

COVID-19: As of the date indicated above, Texas and Houston do not have requirements for large gatherings. Therefore, attendees will not be required to submit proof of vaccination or proof of a negative test. That being said, NACSA encourages attendees to be up to date on their COVID-19 vaccine to help protect themselves and other attendees from severe illness from COVID-19.

NACSA requests that a test be taken if you feel ill prior to traveling and attending NACSACon. If you test positive for COVID-19 prior to attending, we request that you stay home. See NACSA’s Cancellation Policy for more information about cancellations due to a positive COVID test. If you experience symptoms while at NACSACon, please take appropriate measures to keep your fellow attendees safe including quarantining if you test positive.
